Q: How to change the ASUSTOR ID to another e-mail address?

If you wish to change the e-mail address you used to create ASUSTOR ID and register the NAS, please go ADM-Settings-Registration to log out the Asustor ID and click the create new account button to use the new email address to create a new ASUSTOR ID.




Once the new ASUSTOR ID is created correctly, you can submit a technical support ticket in our support system if you need us to remove the old e-mail address from our database.
