Q: What to do if the HDMI output is not working

If the NAS HDMI output is not working, please do the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. The same cable and the display can work with other devices.

  2. Go to ADM-App Central-Installed to uninstall X.org and ASUSTOR Portal apps and install them again.

  1. Go to ADM-ASUSTOR Portal-Resolution to adjust the output resolution
