Q: What to do if the HDMI output is not working

If the NAS HDMI output is not working, please do the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

The same cable and the display can work with other devices.
Go to ADM-App Central-Installed to uninstall X.org and ASUSTOR Portal apps and install them again.

Go to ADM-ASUSTOR Portal-Resolution to adjust the output resolution
